Bacon cocktails will bring a whole new level of joy to your life. Bacon is just one of those food items we can’t do without. It’s great for breakfasts at the campsite, but come on, we’re more creative than that! We’ve covered some tasty bacon recipes before, but it’s been way too long, so here are a few bacon cocktails to add to your arsenal before summer comes to an end!
Spicy BLT Green Bloody Mary
The Green Bloody Mary is in! It’s a warning sign Mr. Spock probably needs to stay away from the blood bank — that green Vulcan blood after all! We’re used to seeing the original Bloody Mary with a strip of bacon sticking out of it, but a Spicy BLT Green Bloody is new and delicious. If you’re feeling ambitious you should definitely give this one a try. It will take you about 15 minutes to make, but it’s undoubtedly worth the effort. The level of heat is up to you. Including really good, fresh grated horseradish and carefully selecting your jalapeno peppers will make all the difference. However, since this recipe serves four, make sure the level of heat is in agreement amongst your friends. Fire up the BLT Green Bloody Mary and enjoy!
