Ingredients
- ½ oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
- ½ oz light rum
- ½ oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a red wine glass.
Hot Toddy (If it’s chilly out)

Ingredients
- 4 oz boiled water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)
- 2 oz whiskey
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 slice of lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Pour your whiskey into a microwavable mug, add the honey, pour the hot water into the mug, add the lemon juice and stir. Then, all you have to do is place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute or until it’s steamin’ hot! Garnish with a little lemon if you wish and enjoy the midnight sky under a nice big cozy blanket and a cup of Hot Toddy.
