Add some German spice to lunchtime. This recipe delivers a delicious hot lunch to hungry campers, and it’s s-o-o-o-o-o-o-o quick and easy.

Ingredients
  • 1 bagel
  • 1 bratwurst
  • 3 Tbs. sauerkraut
  • 1 Tbs. chopped onion
  • brown mustard
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • butter

Instructions
  1. Grill bratwurst whole on grill or over campfire.
  2. Butter split bagel and toast over same heat source.
  3. Remove bagel from heat and spread honey on one half while still warm.
  4. Cut brat lengthwise, and place halves on bagel half with honey.
  5. Spoon on sauerkraut, onions, and mustard to taste.
  6. Add other half of toasted bagel on top and enjoy
