Good To Go Foods Dehydrated Meals

Overview: Good To Go Foods was created by a chef from New York City who moved up to Maine and decided available backpacking food wasn’t cutting it. The result was the development of  4 different products anyone can take out in the back country. You add boiling water, wait 20 minutes and you have real food.

All Good To Go Foods products are natural and there are no preservatives and no additives. The product is basically like you would have at home or in a restaurant. For example, their Thai Curry has broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, peas, jasmine rice…and homemade Thai Curry paste. Other offerings include mushroom risotto, smoked three bean chili, and classic marinara with penne. To date, all the recipes are gluten free.

Good To Go Foods launched to give this kind of product to other outdoor enthusiasts and people who are really conscious and care about their food products. Though sold throughout the US their focus is primarily in New England. They are in all of the EMS stores, many mom and pop shops and soon in REI.
