You might remember the Greenbelly Complete Meal Bar Review we did awhile back. It’s a pretty slick trail bar that has enough calories to serve as an entire meal. They’re handy if you just want to head out for the day and don’t want to mess with cooking. Or you can just substitute one meal, like breakfast for example, so you can just get up and get going.

Well, they’re back on Kickstarter and they successfully raised the money they needed to make some great improvements. They’re going to move into a larger facility so they can ramp up production. They’re also going to produce resealable bag, which is great. Personally, a whole pack proved to be too much for me in one shot. They’re two bars that equal about 650 calories. One was more than enough to give me a couple hours of energy, so the ability to seal up the Greenbelly Meal Replacement Bar is great. They’re also going to make the bag biodegradable. Who doesn’t love that?

You know what else we love? The fact that they give a bar to the Atlanta Food Bank for every bar they sell. Amazing.
