Old Town Discovery 133 Canoe Overview

Overview: Tradition and technology have had a long and happy marriage at Old Town, with the first canoe being made in 1848. Old Town has always been a tradition and a leader in the industry. Today Old Town continues to advance the canoe and kayak tradition through design and material innovation. The Old Town Discovery 133 canoe continues this tradition and is being made again because of its popular demand. Holding on to its traditional past, the new Old Town 133 is a classic design meant for the whole family to use.

What Makes It Unique: The Old Town 133 canoe is back. It had a few years of retirement but is back in the mix because of its fit with family and car campers. With 3 webbed seats the canoe is perfect for a few people to hit the water for a quick cruise or a day of paddling. This versatile canoe is only 13 feet long and can easily fit in a truck bed. It can be adapted to use many paddling options including the traditional canoe paddle, oars and even a motor kit. Weighing in at less than 70 lbs this is a perfect boat to hit the water with during a weekend of camping.
