Outdoors.com is seeking an experienced email marketing manager to execute all marketing automation and growth for e-commerce and newsletters initiatives including: email design, list hygiene and organization, optimizing open rates, CTRs and spam rates, implementing re-engagement campaigns with welcome and abandoned cart flows, and designing and executing SMS and push notification campaigns. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience running an ESP for an e-commerce brand and/or one with newsletters as a vital revenue growth driver.

Outdoors.com is looking for a digital marketer to execute paid media and other technical digital marketing experiments to support Outdoors+ commerce initiatives across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience running paid media and other technical marketing experiments for e-commerce brands and/or arbitrage around affiliate products. Must be a self-starter, hungry to learn, okay with working in an autonomous environment and moving fast.

Outdoors.com is looking for a creative, thorough, and detail-oriented commerce content writer to join our editorial team. Must be able to self-edit work, complete projects on time, and write effectively for multiple formats. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing to optimize commerce outcomes and an innovative ability to create exciting and compelling commerce centric stories across all channels of commerce media.

SEO Content Specialist

Outdoors.com is seeking an SEO Content Specialist that is responsible for writing content focused on traffic growth from Google Search, Discover, Web Stories, News, and related channels, as well as assisting in technical SEO & reporting related tasks. The ideal candidate will be focused on written content and can work under tight deadlines to output articles, & possesses a solid understanding of SEO concepts to consult, provide input, and analyze results.

Must be able to self-edit work, complete projects on time, and write at the highest level for multiple formats. A Staff Content Writer’s responsibilities include creating digital content that is readable, accurate, and ready for publication, generating ideas for new content, news stories, and evergreen articles on tight deadlines. A successful candidate has a strong knowledge of and passion for the Outdoors. Apparel Designer

Outdoors is looking for a graphic designer who specializes in designing apparel, merchandise, and packaged goods, among other things. This person has a creative knack for graphic design and how to apply it to the context of merchandise drops sold on Shopify. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced working with content creators, media publications, and consumer brands to produce merchandise that appeals to customers. They must know how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. The right person for this role is collaborative, a self-starter, hungry to learn, comfortable with working in an autonomous environment, and ultimately able to design products quickly, depending on the project and scope

Intern

Internships will be an introduction to digital marketing and customer service. Must be able to receive college credit to be considered.​
