A man was recording a rainstorm over the ocean at a beach in Florida, when suddenly, he came face to face with just about the last thing he was expecting to see—a bobcat. Ross Stepanek‘s viral video starts out with him talking about the rain beyond a pier where some people are working. Than, a rabbit comes zooming by. You know something important is about to happen, since Stepanek overlaid the text “Wait for it!!!” on his video. Were we waiting for the rabbit?

Then, the bobcat steps into view. It pauses its hunt to stop and stare at Stepanek as the man gropes with utter shock at what he’s seeing. “Ohhh-em-gee!” he says repeatedly.

“I know I know it’s a lot of OMG’s!” Stepanek jokes in his Instagram post sharing the video. “But this is something you don’t get to experience every day! This morning near Venice fishing pier! Mother Nature at its finest!!”
At one point in the video, he says: “Oh my heart . . . and my pants!”
The comments section is full of people enjoying the video and Stepanek’s hilarious commentary.
“Definitely not the video I was expecting,” wrote one person.
“Camera work ON POINT!! I lost my sh*t when [he said] ‘Oh my Heart….and my PANTS’!!” wrote another.
