Amenities

Guests can rent a picnic pavilion for the day to host birthday parties, weddings, or family reunions. The park also offers their guests a restaurant, concessions, a playground, restrooms, and guided tours. There are beach wheelchairs available upon request for disabled guests. Showers are also available for individuals to wash off after enjoying a nice day on the beach.

Things to do

Honeymoon Island State Park brags about being the home of several different bird observation areas and nature trails. Guests come to this park to enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf by swimming, fishing, or snorkeling. Some guests prefer to come to the park to enjoy a nice picnic with their family while soaking up the scenery. Most guests agree that the beach is a great location for shelling due to the wide variety of shells that can be found along the shore. Other activities that guests can enjoy at Honeymoon Island State Park include: canoeing, kayaking, hiking, surfing, and wildlife viewing.

$8.00 per vehicle (2 to 8 people)

$4.00 per vehicle (1 person)

$2.00 per pedestrian, bicyclist, extra passenger, and passengers with the Annual Individual Entrance Pass

$4.00 per vehicle (sunset fee – one hour before sunset)

Picnic Pavilion Rental Fees:
$30.00 per day (plus tax)
