Some cheetahs weren’t fooled by a bird hide where some photographers were hanging out and taking pictures of wildlife in South Africa. The funny encounter made for a good video, which Alexander Brackx captured from the not-so-hidden hideout.

In the footage, you see a couple of photographers behind their equipment, and then Brackx scans to the left and you see two cheetahs staring right at the humans from very close range. It’s as if the animals are saying, “um, I can see you, you know!”
“I filmed this while photoguiding [. . .] in Zimanga, South Africa,” Brackx wrote in the Instagram post sharing the video, which he posted in October. We’re sure the photographers didn’t mind snapping photos of the visitors as they came to sniff around the hideout.
