If you’ve ever beheld a bison in the wild, you know it’s a magnificent sight. But we’re guessing you’ve never beheld a bison as close as this trail cam did after one bison discovered the camera and found it very interesting. In fact, the bison found the camera so interesting that it just had to show its whole group.

The Nature Conservancy posted trail-cam footage of the bison group taking turns sniffing the camera, walking on it, chewing on it, and more. There’s a baby bison in the group, and at one point, you can see it wagging its little tail in excitement as it explores the camera. The bisons’ wide-eyed stares are also very funny.
The Nature Conservancy doesn’t provide the location of its trail cam, and bison live throughout North America, so it’s unclear where this is. Regardless, it’s delightful to watch.
