What gets you in the mood for the holidays more than baking cookies? Well, the National Park Service (NPS) has just served up the best outdoorsy holiday-baking idea ever—the pooping-bison cookie. Hear me out on this one. And, don’t worry, it’s just sprinkles hidden in an unexpected place.

To construct a pooping-bison cookie, you need two gingerbread cookies shaped and decorated to look like bison. Next, attach them to each other using frosting as glue EXCEPT in one key place: Right beneath the tail. In that key spot, you hide a pile of sprinkles instead. That way, when you tip the bison cookie, it poops sprinkles.
