Go Pumbaa! A baby warthog managed to hold its own against three cheetahs by chasing them around and showing them it wouldn’t go down without a fight. The upended predator-prey interaction delighted safari guests, who cheered the young warthog on.

“Typically, baby warthogs end up as prey for bigger cats,” wrote latestkruger, an Instagram account dedicated to sharing content from Kruger National Park. “But, this little warthog had other plans. When it found itself surrounded by 3 cheetah brothers, it absolutely humiliated the cats by chasing THEM around! And they ran fast!!”

It is likely the cheetahs did want to eat the warthog. These carnivores eat a variety of small animals, including small antelopes, warthogs, birds, and rabbits.
