A nest cam caught the moments two red-tailed hawk chicks hatched from their eggs in San Dieguito Lagoon in Del Mar, California. CBS 8 San Diego shared the recorded nest-cam footage on social media, delighting bird lovers everywhere.

“According to HDOnTap, three eggs were laid on Feb. 14, Feb. 16 and Feb 18. The first hatched on March 20, the second on March 21, and the third on March 24,” wrote CBS 8 San Diego. “The camera recorded the first and third hatchings, but it was offline when the second one hatched.”
