A couple set up trail cams around their campsite in Wyoming’s Bighorn Mountains to capture any wildlife that came through in the middle of the night. What they caught instead is downright creepy and disturbing. Their trail cams ended up recording a masked man as he wandered around their campsite during a four-hour period in the early hours of the morning. The man stole some small-ticket items.

Tammy Cote of Sheridan, Wyoming assured Cowboy State Daily that the man didn’t steal any “high-value” items, and she didn’t detail what he did steal. She did, however, note that she was royally freaked out to discover the man had been there poking around. As it turns out, the couple wasn’t there that night, but they had left their site set up with plans to return.

Cote says the couple promptly moved their campsite upon discovering their unwanted visitor.
