National Park Service Sends Out Funny New Years Messages

“Words of wisdom, well, words of some kind, for 2026,” jokes NPS in the Instagram post. “May the new year bring you peace, wonder, safe wildlife encounters, good hikes, fun with friends and family, and many returns to your favorite national parks.”

The tidbits have been a hit.

“This account brings so much happiness to my life,” wrote one person in the comments section.

“This account is the BEST! Combining humor and information is pure genius,” wrote another.
