Hannah Rheaume didn’t expect to be stopped by a wolf pack crossing the road in front of her vehicle on a random day in December, but that’s what happened. And she called what happened next “incredible.” The wolf pack tracked down its prey and feasted.

“When you think it’s going to be ‘just another day,’ but nature has other plans,” wrote Rheaume in an Instagram video of the cool nature moment.

In her Instagram caption, she wrote:
“Watching wolves successfully hunt prey that’s 5-8x larger than them is nothing short of incredible. And at the edge of winter, sustenance is of top priority.”
