Denae Wolfe (@chasingbugs on TikTok) says bird-feeder cams are totally worth it, but not for the exact reason you’d think. Although she does get some cute bird footage, the real show begins after dark, when the “menaces” come out. In fact, in the years since Wolfe has had her bird-feeder cam set up in the backyard, she’s gotten tons of hilarious photos of raccoons snacking on the bird feed under the cover of darkness.

Wolfe took to TikTok to share a compilation video of funny raccoon mug shots as the camera catches them in the act of stealing bird feed. Wolfe lives in Ohio and has been using the bird-feeder cam in her backyard since 2022.
