Morro Bay State Park has 134 different campsites. Twelve of the campsites are ADA accessible. All of the campsites will also accommodate trailers and mobile homes of up to 35 feet. Fee entries for the park include 1 vehicle and one legally towed trailer. Additional vehicles will be charged per night.

There are coin operated hot showers and restrooms throughout the park, so guests are encouraged to bring a lot of coins. Only 27 of the campsites have electric and water hookups. There is a dump station on campsites for recreational vehicles. There are also two campsites, which can accommodate groups of up to 35 people.
