Some kids and their parents spending the day at a local skate park got a shock when an Eastern brown snake, the second most-venomous snake in Australia, dropped in to the bowl. A parent called in some help from Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7, and an expert made quick work of removing the snake from the bowl and relocating it back into the wild.

“Who said Brown Snakes can’t skate?” wrote Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 in a Facebook post. “This Eastern Brown snake made an appearance at a skate park and got itself stuck in the bowl! Snakes often struggle to slither on smooth surfaces so getting back up without professional help would not have been easy!”

The company posted two videos, the first showing how the snake got into the bowl in the first place, and the second showing the employee’s removal. According to the Australian Museum, Eastern brown snakes cause more deaths to humans than any other snake species in Australia. Thankfully, this incident ended peacefully and without anyone getting hurt.
