Grilled Peaches with Honey Cinnamon Ricotta

- 4 Peaches
- Ricotta Cheese
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Honey
Instructions
- Cut peaches in half
- Twist halves off the pit
- Place face down on grill
- Then mix in the honey, vanilla, and cinnamon into the ricotta cheese
- Remove slices once peaches are charred and soft after 3-5 minutes
- Scoop honey cinnamon ricotta into center of peach
- Finally, a honey drizzle and a dash of cinnamon to top it off
