An Alaska bear guide made some intimidating eye contact with a massive grizzly bear from across a creek, and her video now has millions of views. Brooke Bartleson is the guide in question, and everyone who has seen her video is now wondering how she managed not to panic during this intense stare down.

“Eye contact from across the creek,” wrote Bartleson in her Instagram post sharing the footage.

“Ok, this is really intense. Honestly, [I] would have [pooped] my pants, in the moment he puts his paw in the water. What happened afterwards?” asked one person in the comments section.
Bartleson responded: “[He] crossed the creek toward us, and then went around us and off down the trail on the other side!”
