It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s a Shark . . . Wait, Can You ID This Fin?

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) shared a video of a shark-looking dorsal fin in the waters near the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Florida.

“At first glance: Oh, is that? That’s a shark,” wrote the USFWS in an Instagram post sharing the footage. “Second glance: Definitely a shark. Look at that fin. Third glance (it gets closer):
Wait.”

Is that a shark? Check out USFWS’s video of a mysterious, shark-looking fin:

It took a few glances to figure it out, but, in the end, it wasn’t a shark. It’s a bottlenose dolphin! Did you guess correctly before it swam by the camera?
