Mountain Biker Survives 30-Foot Fall in Angeles National Forest

A mountain biker recently fell about 30 feet from a trail in Angeles National Forest and survived with minor injuries. According to the Altadena Mountain Rescue Team, was on the El Prieto Trail in Altadena, California, when the person crashed and went over the side into a check dam. First responders treated the person’s injuries and lifted him/her into a helicopter for transport to a medical facility.
