Michael McPhee was on his way to a work site in Maine, when, suddenly, he noticed some bald eagles in the trees . . . and more bald eagles flying around overhead. In fact, they were everywhere.

McPhee began recording a video with his phone, sharing his shock and wonder at the large congregation of eagles. Local WMTW News8 shared his video on social media, and now more people are chiming in, saying he stumbled upon a magical sight.

“There’s gotta be 20 bald eagles out here. I’m not even lying. This is insane,” he says in the video. “[. . .] How wild is this?! They’re everywhere! There’s so many of them. I can’t even explain how many there are.”
