Mountain biking isn’t for the faint of heart. Different skill levels can bring riders to new terrain and more extreme trails. However, this video of an insane mountain bike jump over train tracks may be one of the wildest rides we’ve seen yet.

Check out the video (warning: the video does contain profanity):
The clip comes from Instagram user Jack Adams, who appears to be an outdoor sports enthusiast involved in mountain biking and skiing.
In the clip, viewers see Adams approach the jump from his GoPro camera. The drop looks huge between the two hills. Below are train tracks. Adams appears to try and calm himself and get in the right headspace for the next part as he methodically coats his hands in dirt before the insane mountain bike jump.
Adams then sets off on the ride down a hill. He hits the jump and easily clears the gap. What follows is a celebration between Adams and the onlookers.
“Train gap POV. A rollercoaster of emotions,” commented Adams on the video. “Never again.”
The trail is part of the Diesel Wolf Trail, a well-known line in Pemberton, British Columbia. The line is occasionally taken down by the train company, but mountain bikers have rebuilt it time and again.
Clearing the gap isn’t easy, and even professional riders have crashed on the line.
One video documented Tommy “Tommo” Walker’s crash on the route. The incident sent him to the hospital when he had life-altering leg and face injuries. He documented his recovery and return to mountain biking in the film:
Health officials recommend that mountain bikers always have proper gear, bring supplies, and understand their skill level. Trails like this one can be extremely dangerous, and a wreck could be fatal.
