Imagine walking through your yard at dusk and suddenly spotting a pair of yellow eyes . . . a mountain lion watching you long before you spotted it. It’s creepy, but that’s nature. Wild Cam Wonders recently shared footage of a pair of eerie eyes reflecting light from a flashlight.

“Mountain lion in my yard, always a little unnerving,” the person wrote. “Especially since they blend so well!”

When asked how it ended, Wild Cam Wonders responded: “Thankfully I was able to back up to the safety of my deck after being within swatting distance and catching that eye shine with my flashlight.”
