A bizarre video from Idaho shows wild turkeys aggressively approaching a postal worker, and it’s clear this isn’t the first time. The man filming tries to help the postal worker, and his presence seems to make the turkeys back off. As soon as he leaves, though, they go after her again. The woman is carrying an umbrella, which she uses to keep the birds away from her.

“What do dogs and wild turkeys have in common? A seemingly strong distrust of postal workers,” jokes ABC 7 Chicago in an Instagram post sharing the video. “The video, filmed by Victor Ramos, shows a mail carrier in Boise, Idaho, using an umbrella to help push off a number of wild turkeys as they harass her on her route.”
Ramos says he tries to help his mail lady whenever he can. The postal worker seems to have a good attitude about it, but it can’t be very pleasant to have these birds against you.
