An incredible yet sad video from Pagosa Springs, Colorado, shows an entire home floating down the flooded San Juan River, only to collide with a bridge and crumble in just seconds. Amy Brown shared the video on social media, and the online community is aghast at how quickly and completely the bridge managed to destroy the house.

“My brother-in-law Ben took this video from his back porch: a neighbor’s home floating down the river and crashing into the bridge. It’s so wild,” Brown wrote in her post. “Historic flooding is happening right now in Pagosa Springs, and it’s devastating for the community.”

“Ya don’t realize how powerful water flow is until ya watch it tear a house up in under 5sec,” wrote one person in the comments section.
