Kingfish Baits

One of the the things that’s great about our fishery is that where we kingfish, we’re fishing over-live bottom, man-made bottom – all different structures that are holding other species. The kingfish being an apex predator are sitting on top of all those. A lot of the times while we’re trolling, we’re watching the screen and seeing bottom and either marking it or deciding to stop and put a bait down to see what’s down there.

The lesson we always learn is that if you keep some Rapalas on board and some Killer Bee bait, you’re good for the day. You never know what you’re gonna catch when you’re fishing there on the bottom.
