If you’re SUPing (stand-up paddle boarding) in October and you’re not dressed like a witch or warlock, what are you even doing? We’re joking, of course, but there are a lot of folks who are going all in with organized “witch paddles” across the country during the month of October. These events allows paddlers to celebrate spooky season as a bonafide coven of outdoors lovers. Once you see a witch paddle, you’ll agree it’s a hilarious and awesome trend that draws people outdoors for some fun.

Beyond the paddling, some of these themed events include costume contests. Others include food or clothing drives to help the local community. All of them include a bunch of people dressed as witches out on their paddle boards.
