A viral video shows the terrifying moment a small plane hit a paraglider in mid-air over the Austrian alps. The paraglider, named Sabrina, miraculously walked away with minor injuries.

“I actually still can’t believe that I’m sitting here typing this and apart from a few nasty bruises and bruises all around nothing really happened,” wrote Sabrina in her Instagram post sharing the video.

The footage shows not only the moment the plane hits Sabrina’s canopy but also the tense period afterward, where she spirals out of control and loses altitude before regaining control and landing safely.
