A trail camera placed near a creek outside of Anchorage, Alaska captured a scene that made the trail-cam owner sick to her stomach. When Donna Gail Shaw retrieved the memory card from her camera and sat down to review the footage, she didn’t expect to see a pack of five wolves chasing and attacking two moose.

She was even more shocked to watch the wolves kill the yearling moose and eat it right in front of her trail cam. Though she doesn’t harbor any hard feelings toward the wolves for doing wolf things, Shaw admits in an interview with local news that she didn’t feel so well after watching the video.
Shaw posted edited footage (no gore) to a Facebook group called Muldoon Area Trail Photos and Videos, and it was very popular. In her post’s two videos, you can see the wolves chasing the moose in a circle and biting at their legs.
