Ryder Williams is the 16-year-old lifeguard who heroically saved a 10-year-old boy who nearly drowned at Seabright Beach near Santa Cruz, California, earlier this week. Footage of the dramatic rescue from Scott Vander Dussen quickly went viral. Williams’ unwavering resolve to save the young boy, even as he got pummeled repeatedly by massive waves, is nothing short of incredible.
