Backpacker’s Pantry has three new additions with thai coconut curry with beef, beef pho, coconut key lime pie. Coconut Curry with Beef combines authentic rice noodles, curry, coconut, vegetables and lean, all-natural freeze-dried beef. Vietnamese Pho with Beef is a very satisfying Vietnamese food dish that even comes with packets of fresh lime juice and Sriracha powders for garnish and extra flavor. Coconut Key Lime Pie is the perfect combination of tangy lime and sweet coconut with a graham cracker crumb topping.
