Have you done canal fishing? Watch video of this guy who goes fishing in a canal and catches a tarpon! He walks off his cruise ship on his Saint Martin vacation and even as he waits for the ferry to bring them to the mainland he sees several tarpons just hanging around the pier. Definitely not a place to fish so he waits until he gets to his destination, a local salt pond. He’s fished here before, about 10 years ago with his father, although he doesn’t remember the water being so pea soup looking
