For Men

The weather tends to get a little unpredictable in between seasons, so it’s good to be prepared for anything. Those early mornings can be chilly, and you’ll want to have an extra layer to keep in your heat until you can warm up with some exercise on the trails.

A good pair of loose-fitting pants with a pair of shorts underneath will make a great duo for those long days outdoors where the weather can change in an instant. Whether you want to admit it or not, summer is coming to a close, but if you live in a warmer climate, you can still continue some of your favorite water sports. Stio has a number of swim trunks on sale to keep you comfortable—and stylish—out on the water, no matter how you choose to do that.

For the top half of your body, there’s also a variety of gear that you can pick up that won’t break the bank. A good quarter zip will keep you warm and is a little nicer looking than a hoodie or crew neck sweatshirt, making it a great option if you have to run errands after a morning workout. Make sure you also pick up some gear for the middle of the day when it’s the warmest. A button-up shirt that offers sun protection is a must-have when you’re camping and hiking.

For Women

Don’t worry ladies, we didn’t forget about you. Make sure you’re prepared for the wild and changing weather by layering up. Stio’s classic joggers offer you coverage and a tapered ankle to keep you protected from the weather and will make a great addition to your fall trail-run wardrobe. If you tend to overheat, wear a pair of shorts under them. Keeping warm in the early morning and chilly evening will make your experience in the great outdoors even better.
Pick up a couple of lightweight, long-sleeved T-shirts that you can layer under or over other clothing options. A windbreaker is also great for this time of year. If it’s windy at any point during the day, having that extra layer to keep you comfortable will make your activity that much better.
