Danny Frank, a boat captain, recently shared a hilarious encounter with a group of harbor seals, and his video went viral. In the footage, you see the seals bobbing in the water next to Frank’s boat, staring up at the humans, as if waiting for something. The men realize the animals want fish, but they know better than to feed wild animals (or maybe they truly didn’t have any fish). One harbor seal in particular did not accept this, and it started slapping the water, as if throwing an adorable tantrum.

“This guy’s all upset that we’re not givin’ him any fish,” jokes Frank in the video. He also wrote in his caption that the harbor seal was trying to “extort” him.

“The nerve yall have being all up in their house (the water) and you came EMPTY HANDED?! RUDE,” joked one person in the comments section.
“The way the seal looked at him after he said ‘go get your own fish,'” wrote another.
