AP News shared security-camera footage of a man walking down the street near the Fukushima Steel Works compound in Fukushima, Japan, when, suddenly, an Asiatic black bear began chasing and attacking him. The man was one of four people injured by the bear during its rampage, and there has been no news suggesting officials have located the bear.

This is the latest in a string of attacks on humans by Asiatic black bears in Japan. Last year saw a record number of deaths from bear attacks. Experts suggest a food shortage, possibly due to climate change, is pushing bears into human territory in recent years.
