“Um, excuse me, buck?” asks Katherine English, a Nova Scotia homeowner with a sense of humor through the speaker on her doorbell cam. “Hey, hi. Can you stop eating my holiday arrangement?” The deer looks up in surprise, apparently confused about the bodiless voice. The woman’s polite request seems to work as the deer backs up, but the scene doesn’t end there; the hilarious one-sided doorbell-cam conversation continues on, and it will make you laugh.

Several news outlets picked up the video, which has gone viral. English is no doubt concerned about her holiday arrangement, but despite her attempts to be stern with the young buck, her funny banter suggests she also thinks the situation is funny.
