WATCH: Grizzly Bears Take a Dip in Montana’s Polson Bay

Footage showing two grizzly bears swimming in a lake in Montana is circulating in the state and beyond. The grizzlies were taking a dip in Polson Bay, which is part of Flathead Lake in northwestern Montana, when a bystander noticed the large animals swimming with just their heads bobbing above the water and began to record.

“GRIZZLY BEAR VIDEO: Check out these grizzly bears spotted swimming in Polson Bay,” wrote NBC Montana. “Thank to Aaron Gerard Ouellette for the video.

“Dang! I was afraid of sharks . . . now I have to worry about Grizzlies?!” wrote one person in the comments section. (There wouldn’t be sharks in a lake, though!)

“I thought they were hippos at first,” joked another person.
