This year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Pony Express relay went viral for an unexpected reason. One Pony Express rider was galloping along a Texas highway at top speed when he whacked into a road sign and was flung from his horse. A vehicle passenger was recording when the shocking moment occurred, and now the internet is having a heyday. We just hope that rider is OK!

In the footage, an unknown woman is recording from the passenger side of a vehicle. “Wooo, Pony Express!” she says as she films the rider galloping alongside the highway with a police escort. Then, well, you just have to watch.
